Jeff Segall is a dedicated and skilled trial attorney who strives to achieve the best possible results for each of his clients. For over 25 years, Jeff has devoted his practice to advocating for people who have been hurt in personal injury and civil rights cases.
Jeff has an excellent record of representing clients in all types of injury and accident cases, including but not limited to cases involving products liability, wrongful death, and vehicular accidents. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of personal injury law that has allowed him to win significant settlements for his clients. Jeff works diligently to obtain fair compensation for the harm his clients have suffered.
Of the hundreds of personal injury cases he has pursued, Jeff has represented an electrician who required several surgeries to his neck and shoulder after suffering a work related injury, a man who suffered severe disfigurement after falling into a furnace at a steel plant, and a truck driver who required multiple surgeries to his knee and neck after being involved in a multi-semi truck accident.
Jeff’s persistence, drive and commitment make him a key ally to have in the courtroom. In addition to his personal injury work, he is determined to achieve justice for his clients in civil rights cases. Most recently, Jeff obtained a confidential settlement amount for a pregnant woman who gave birth to a premature baby with cerebral palsy only days after police officers used excessive force against her and caused her to fall.
Jeff received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School and his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
