Neil Sethi

Mr. Neil Sethi focuses his practice in the areas of Business, Advanced Contract Drafting, and Health Care law. Neil approaches the law using modern legal skills. This allows him too quickly learn changes in the law and represent his clients with the most accurate information.

As a former intern at The Oracle Legal Group, Neil has been working side-by-side with us for years. He has helped numerous clients start companies, grow their businesses, and provided contracts for clients in both Texas and Illinois. He has learned the requirements for of HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Neil received his J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas where he focused his curriculum on Business Transactions, Corporate Law, and Real Estate. He received his B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Neil enjoys learning new ways to help his clients, whether that be with new technology or changes in the law. Neil lives in Houston and enjoys spending his free time playing golf, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring with his dog, Archie.
